Apple has become a second home to me, a place where I find tranquility and happiness. When I joined Apple in November 2021, I never anticipated the swift progression through various roles. 

My journey at Apple has provided me with unparalleled opportunities for personal and professional growth, enabling me to explore new horizons that I never imagined. Along this path, I had advanced to the position of an Account Manager, working closely with other Account Managers at Apple to cater to the needs of B2B Customers Growth Accounts.

Prior to this role, I participated in the Market Team 1 Apple Business University Pilot Program, where I assumed the responsibility of coaching and mentoring Apple Store retail employees about Apple Business.

• Generated over $11.9 Million in Apple Business with my team. Increased stores overall retail revenue and intros per 1k with team development.

• Working with the Product Marketing Team in Cupertino to increase awareness of Apple Business Essentials.

• Apple Business University Pilot Program for Market Team 1. Helped facilitate and attend the pilot program with the Business Lead and Business Development Manager to optimize the outcome of the program in retail stores.

• Previously a Specialist at Apple Retail at the University Village Store with AppleCare+ at 79% and sales floor business revenue at $56,000+ (Q3 '22).
