Leveraging my dedication and leadership abilities, I swiftly advanced to the position of Coordinator within the organization. In this pivotal role, my responsibilities encompassed ensuring staff productivity, fostering a secure and positive work environment, leading teams toward the attainment of their objectives, and devising strategies to augment the company's profitability. 

My primary mission in 2021 was revolved around spearheading the launch of the new Aurora HomeGoods store. In this capacity, I skillfully led diverse teams, facilitating the seamless handling of incoming freight for supplies and store items, thereby ensuring the store was impeccably stocked and fully operational.
